When will I hear back?
If your application is a good fit for the position, you will be contacted via email to set up a phone interview within 1 week after you submit your application. If your application is not approved, you will be notified via email within 1 week of your application was submitted. Please reach out to us if you have not heard back from us during that time.
Please note that the application calls for a few essays. If you are serious about this position, please prepare responses to the essays within the application. Limit your response to about 250 words per answer.
Essays are your chance to tell Trek to Teach about yourself in your own words. Please spend time thinking about how you will answer your questions. It is recommended that you do research on Nepal and clarify any questions about Trek to Teach prior to writing your essays.
Please ensure that you have checked your essays for spelling and grammar. We recommend that you show your essays to someone who can help you proofread to make sure that you submit a polished copy.
